Refund policy

We make every effort to make things right with you, our customer. 

If you have Issues with quality or fitment of our products, please contact us.  

Returns / Canceled orders:

All products have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.  Returned items will be charged for the actual shipping costs to you and also a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping cost to return product back to us is responsibility of customer.   

Canceled customer orders (if not shipped) are subject to 10% restocking fee to cover website payment acceptance fees (i.e. Visa / PayPal) and costs related to in-process orders (i.e. raw material / manufacturing)   

Canceled customer orders that have shipped, are subject to 15% restocking fee AND our cost of shipping our product to you.   

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping is at buyer's expense and product(s) must arrive in new condition to be eligible for return.  Damaged items - including chipped, scratched powder coat will receive partial refund at our discretion.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your card.
